Breakfast Annual General Meeting

Due to some unfortunate recent events, the process for holding this meeting has been regrettably delayed, and at this time will no longer be held on Zoom.

However, the SAARC will hold its Annual General Meeting on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at 9:30 AM the Lethbridge Curling Club restaurant:

unit#110, 74 Mauretania Road West. Lethbridge. T1J 5L4.

We hope to hold the Annual General Meeting, followed by a regular meeting and open discussion, all while over breakfast.

If those who are interested in attending could please E-mail info @ saarc.ca, so that the venue may be appropriately informed as to our approximate numbers, this would be very helpful.

SAARC Annual General Meeting

It is that time of year again, where the SAARC will meet for the annual general meeting, to be held on Friday, January 14, at 8:00 PM on Zoom meeting link with the meeting ID of 85094344187 and the passcode of: 040988.

We look forward to nominations for club officers for the year, discussing club objectives for 2022 and of course, catching up with each other in a Zoom QSO.
